  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each egg. Add one teaspoon of vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pie dish (graham crust). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  2. Using hand mixer, mix sour cream and sugar. Add vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour over top of baked cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
