Ingredients

bread — toasted and cubed

baking powder

water — lukewarm

large egg

salt
Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add beaten egg. Add water and mix well with wooden spoon. Add bread. Mix well and roll into 2 oblong dumplings. Place in boiling water, cover and cook about 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
