Brunswick Stew
Instructions
  1. In a large dutch oven, melt butter and add onions and smoked sausage. Saute until onions are translucent.
  2. In a blender, add smoked tomatoes and one cup of bone broth then puree.
  3. Pour pureed tomatoes over onions and sausage. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover. Place in a preheated 300F oven and cook for one hour.
  4. Remove from oven and serve with warm cornbread.
