Ingredients
- 64 Ounces Ketchup
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest
- 1/2 Teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1 Whole Lemon -- juiced
- 1 Whole Lime -- juiced
- 1 Whole Orange -- juiced
- 1 Cup Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Large Onion
- 1/2 Large Green Bell Pepper
- 3 Whole Anaheim Chili Peppers
- 1/2 Cup Molasses
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar -- Packed
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard -- ground
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger -- ground
Instructions
- Pour grapefruit juice into blender and add garlic cloves, onion, green bell pepper and Anaheim chile peppers. Process on high until smooth. Pour into large pot with all remaining ingredients. Heat on medium until mixture bubbles then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
