Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 8 ounces baby portobella mushrooms -- chopped
- 5 ounces shitake mushrooms -- chopped
- 2 celery stalks -- sliced thin
- 1 can cream of celery soup condensed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup condensed
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon Veggie Blend Saesoning*
- 1 teaspoon GravyMaster

Instructions
- Melt butter with EVOO in 3qt saucier, add mushrooms and celery. Cook until celery has softened. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
