Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 4 cups water
- 1 pound ground beef 95% lean
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 1 red onion
- 4 stalks bok choy
- 1 carrot
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes -- 1/2" cubes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Veggie Blend -- 1/2" cubes
- 1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Gravy Master
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley

Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to boil, then add beef bouillon and ground beef. Stir constantly to break up beef. Add cabbages, red onion, bok choy, and carrot. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and continue to simmer until vegetables are tender.
