Preheat oven to 350F. In a small food processor, add water and banana. Process until smooth. REMOVE 2 tablespoons to use in glaze.
In a large bowl, mix cake, banana water, eggs and melted butter according to package directions. Then pour into greased bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until tested done. Allow cake to cool completely before glazing!
GLAZE – Place the powdered sugar in a medium bowl and slowly stir in the banana water, a little at a time, to make a smooth, pourable glaze. Pour glaze over cooled cake
