Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef lean
- 16 ounces water or beer
- 2 packets Lipton Beefy Onion Soup
- 1/2 cup Chili Seasoning mix -- See Note
- 4 cups Your favorite salsa
- 1 can Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes or Rotel
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 can red kidney beans drained
- 1 can pinto beans drained

Instructions
- Place ground beef and water (or beer) in Crockpot XL. Add onion soup and mix. Do not cover, but choose boil setting. Stir mixture frquently to break up ground beef. When the ground beef is cooked, add all remaining ingredients. Cover and choose "Simmer" setting. Set time for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes chili can be served or left on "Warm" until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
I use Williams Chili Seasoning. Absolutely the best out there.
If using beer, use Dos Equis amber or Negra Modelo.
