Ingredients
- 50 ounces ketchup
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 ounces expresso
- 1 tablespoon expresso powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup brisket drippings

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except drippings, in a 6 quart stock pot. Heat over medium low heat for at least 2 hours. Stir in drippings. Allow to cool. Then tranfer to containers and refrigerate.
