cream cheese

egg yolk
Instructions
Cut butter into flour with a food processor. Mixture should resemble pea gravel. Add cream cheese and egg yolk. Process until mixture is completely combined. Pour onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight before using.
