Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Combine peaches, cornstarch, and sugar; place into greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Beat egg yolks with butter then add to flour mixture. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Spread over peaches and bake until golden brown and fruit is bubbling around edges. Serve warm.
