Low-Carb Key Lime Cheesecake
No bake, protein packed, low-carb, crustless cheesecake.
Instructions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold key lime juice, then set aside. Mix first four ingredients in 2qt saucepan. Heat on medium. As mixture warms, add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Mix in gelatin juice mixture. Continue to stir to dissolve. Remove from heat. Pour into 4oz ramekins or dessert dishes.
  2. Serve with lime zest and whipped cream sweetened with Sucradrops.
