Instructions
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Melt one tablespoon of butter, then add to flour mixture combining well. Using a spoon, drop dumpling dough into boiling chicken broth. Dumplings are cooked when they rise to top. Remove dumplings from broth, place in a serving dish and pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter over dumplings.
