Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 46 ounces Ocean Clam Juice -- divided
- 1 package GV Frozen Seasoning Blend 10oz
- 51 ounces Sea Watch New England Calm Chowder Base
- 26 ounces Ocean Chopped Clams 1/2 can
- 1 tablespoon Paul Prudomme's Seafood Magic
- 1 pound frozen corn
- 1 pound Frozen Southern Hash Browns
- 3/4 cup flour
- 51 ounces whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Mix one cup of flour with 2 cups of clam juice. Set aside. Mix first 8 ingredients in a 8 quart crockpot and bring to boil. Cook for five minutes. Add roux, then continue to cook until thickened.
- Add milk and heavy cream, then reduce heat and keep on warm setting.
- Serve 8 ounces per cup and 16 ounces per bowl.
