- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor, except water. Process until well blended. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough begins to come together. Dough will be done when you can press it and it holds it shape. Rest for at least 30 minutes.
