- 1. Combine all dry ingredients. Then add water and egg. Mix until there are no dry spots in dough. Cover and set aside for one hour. 2. Meanwhile bring a large pot, with steamer basket, of water to boil. Spray steamer basket with oil, and divide dough into two oval shaped loaves. Place loaves in steamer basket and steam for 30 minutes. Use a bamboo skewer to test for doneness.
