- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 slice thick-sliced bacon -- chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1 cup Bulls-Eye Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions
- In a small suacepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until bacon begins to crisp, then add red pepper, onion, and garlic; cook until vegetables soften. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes or until flavors are well combined. Remove from heat and refrigerate until needed. Yields about 2 cups.
