- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each egg. Add one teaspoon of vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pie dish (graham crust). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Using hand mixer, mix sour cream and sugar. Add vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour over top of baked cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
