Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds Roma tomatoes -- smoked
- 32 ounces chicken bone broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion -- diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage -- sliced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce hickory
- 1 tablespoon liquid Barbecue SmokeĀ®
- 1 tablespoon Veggie Blend Seasoning
- 1 pound smoked pork
- 1 pound smoked chicken
- 12 ounces frozen corn kernels
- 12 ounces frozen baby lima beans
- 4 yellow potatoes -- cooked and diced
- 15 ounces white hominy canned

Instructions
- In a large dutch oven, melt butter and add onions and smoked sausage. Saute until onions are translucent.
- In a blender, add smoked tomatoes and one cup of bone broth then puree.
- Pour pureed tomatoes over onions and sausage. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then cover. Place in a preheated 300F oven and cook for one hour.
- Remove from oven and serve with warm cornbread.
