Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef lean
- 8 ounces beer
- 1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
- 3 tablespoons Williams Chili Seasoning Mix*
- 16 ounces Jardines South Texas Cilantro Salsa
- 8 ounces Goya Tomato Sauce
- 15 ounces Tri-Color Beans -- drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon masa harina or instant roux
- salt and pepper -- to taste

Instructions
- In a 3 quart sauce pan, add ground beef, beer, and onion soup mix. Bring to a boil, then simmer until meat is fully cooked. Add all remaining ingredients and return to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes until beans are tender.
