Ingredients
- 14 3/4 ounces canned salmon -- drained
- 1/2 cup potato flakes
- 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Cajun Spice
- 5 ounces Great Value Seasoning Blend*
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup House of Autry Seafood Breading Mix
- 1/4 cup panko

Instructions
- Place first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with a fork until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
- In a small bowl, mix HOA breading mix with panko. Divide salmon mixture inot 6 equal portions by forming patties. Dip each in the panko mixture, pressing to coat well. Set aside until all patties are finished.
- Heat oil in frying pan (or deep fryer), and fry each side of patty until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with brown butter tomato sauce.
