Ingredients
- 1 slice applewood smoked bacon -- cooked crisp
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Duke's Mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Key Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 4 3/8 ounces Season brand Sardines in olive oil -- drained

Instructions
- Put the first 11 ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth. Add sardines and pulse 2 or 3 times. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving on crackers.
